A habit is formed after around 30 days of doing the same thing, so both quitting and creating a habit is equally hard. After adopting a habit, it’s hard to get rid of it as it’s ingrained in your mind. So take your time and change slowly as it’s never too late to start one and change one.

Eating mindfully is something that I myself have also been learning to do recently as it’s beneficial to your health. Being mindful of what you put in your mouth is vital to keeping your body healthy!
